At first I was a bit intimidated by all the checks and docs required, but once I moved across,Hamptons and Charlie Fleetwood have been so tentative and willing to help. I appreciate their fairness, attention to detail and support in getting the rental apartment ready. The best part has been the great in after service needs, where they provide quick responses and a lot of proactive communication.

Very professional team without applying constant pressure and stress to an already difficult process. A pleasure to deal with everyone - John always providing wonderful advice. Hamptons have looked after our flat for many many years now...although I think the fees are high, (I think they are all expensive), the service has always been great. Recently we have had issues with a leak, and our service charge company have not been very helpful.. however Hamptons have been relentless in trying to help us with the issues, and keeping us informed.
