The overall handling of the situation left me with the impression that customer care and transparency were not priorities for this agency. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

GoogleMy experience with this agency was genuinely terrible. Dealing with Ali was incredibly frustrating he was rude, dismissive, and showed absolutely no sense of professionalism. To make matters worse, my holding deposit was kept without any proper explanation, and there was zero effort made to resolve the situation. It felt like they had no interest in helping customers and were only focused on taking money with no accountability.
This was one of the most disappointing property-related experiences I’ve ever had, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this agency.

GoogleUnbelievably bad - if you're a renter, don't go near this place. I am still waiting to get my deposit back, almost a year after moving out. I was supposed to get part of it back 2 years ago when the law changed to prevent landlords holding more than 1 months rent. I raised several safety, security, and maintenance concerns throughout my tenancy, and none were ever dealt with. The lock to the building would get stuck, meaning I couldn't get in or out (blocking the only fire route or having to leave the door open to the street). There was a leak from the flat above (also with Cayano), so they opened up the ceiling and patched it together (supposedly temporarily) with a bit of insulation board and a pipe coming through the ceiling and emptying into my shower. Then a part of the roof and parapet collapsed, falling onto the path on the way into the building - nothing was done to repair this. Now I keep calling and emailing and hearing nothing. GoogleHi all, this is a warning to all renters in SW London, we rented from Cayano Ltd (website below), in South Wimbledon last year, on moving in the old renter was still moving out, the inventory check was carried out briefly by the same company (illegal) as they were moving so the pictures were unclear and everything was covered in the old renters stuff, we were however desperate to move so didn’t question it, on moving in the oven was broken, the shower was broken, nearly all windows didn’t open, the sofa was cracked down the middle, the smoke alarm was damaged, over 10 lightbulbs didn’t work and the floors and walls were very marked up, we alerted the landlord and they were very receptive however after promises of builders time and time again only 1 thing got fixed. Months went by with relatively few issues, we then had a leak under the floor which we alerted the landlord to immediately, they failed to do anything which resulted in a second leak that damaged the floor, upon moving out (2 days early for the landlord) we provided a deep clean (£100) as required despite us moving in to a dirty flat, we were promised our deposit on the 27th.
The inventory check was carried out by our agents which is illegal, we then spent 2 weeks contacting everyday for our deposit return and summary which we only received over a threaten of court, we had over £300 deducted for the damaged floor caused by their poor management, it then took a further week to receive our reduced deposit in which they were earning interest on the whole time, illegally holding past 10 days. This money was withheld for so long as the agency knew we were in desperate need as full time students so we would accept the lower deposit return, this was during exams and had a huge impact on my studying, the agents repeatedly came back asking for more unnecessary details such as final bills, a new address and a professional clean. After nearly a month of fighting for our money it was finally returned.
In summary:
- illegal deposit withholding
- Ignoring of contact
- Illegal inventory check
- Damaged flat on move in without any attempt to fix it
- Incorrect return of our deposit
- And unnecessary requirements to return deposit.
Please tell as many people as you can as I wouldn’t want anyone going through the hell we did.
