TrustpilotRude incompetent staff
Since moving into our house we’ve received nothing but issues. The staff at Martin & Co are rude and disrespectful. We’ve had to speak to them on numerous occasions after not receiving responses to emails and have received sarcastic/ rude remarks every time.

TrustpilotMartin and co (Cardiff) 5*
I recently purchased a property using Martin and co (Cardiff branch). The service was wonderful, the people were helpful and friendly. They helped get the completion date moved forward and were there on hand when I needed them. I would recommend and use them again.

TrustpilotTerrible company - Avoid!
Terrible company that only care about money. Harassed us constantly and tried to accuse of things that were simply not true! They rarely respond to emails. Avoid this company at all costs! Worst 2 years of my life having to deal with these

TrustpilotAbsolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting, no care for anyone moving into their houses or flats, never have time to fix problems in property. They do not clean, or refurbish at all pre-moving in which I think is disgusting when they make so much money. Lazy and unprofessional.

TrustpilotDreadful company
Dreadful company. Totally incompetent maintenance department. Do not reply to emails with regards to urgent repairs or any repair in fact. Fortunately, we are able to leave the property but some are not so lucky. Unprofessional letting companies like this should be struck off.

TrustpilotWorst agency ever
Worst agency ever, incapable of resolving anything on time and when they do resolve something eventually it’s done but cheaply and not to a good standard the landlords are getting serious ripped off! They are a disgrace.

I rented a flat wit them for more than three years and always found all members of the team to be extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to both landlords and tenants.

TrustpilotLack of Communication
Don't even bother with them, I found their lack of communication absolutely rude. Will say they'll do something for you and then they don't even bother, like its too much effort for them.
