GoogleWe were sold a house on the basis of it being near woodlands, this amazing countryside experience etc... But now St. Modwen are threatening to cut down the woods. There's hundreds of trees, so many deer and other wildlife. They don't care at all. Only concerned with profit. Disgusting company.

GoogleAlways a welcome smiling service if you can't find something ask the owner and he will endeavor you get you it now's that's service plus you would think as he the only shop on Meon vale you would think the prices would be high that's not the case his prices are very reasonable.

I am just in the process of completing purchase. I am having to chase for update less than one month to proposed completing. They seem to be very disorganised and simply don't care. I am very disappointed to say the least. The particular site is banbury place wolverhampton.

One star only because you cannot give no stars. This company have misold houses to the residents of Meon Vale. They sold them a dream and then stole it. Their green credentials are up there with the Exon Valdez. Perhaps they could call their new development ‘Silent Spring’
