Andy and On Screens have been a fantastic addition to Pickard’s. The screen works really well in the deli, it’s great being able to showcase other local businesses to our customers throughout the day. Feedback from customers has all been really positive. Andy is a real supporter of local businesses and it’s clear he’s built the network to help the local community get seen more easily. He’s a lovely chap and an absolute pleasure to deal with, nothing is ever too much trouble and he’s always promoting and supporting the businesses on the screens. He creates the graphics you see on screen and for our weekly Street Food Specials. Example of Andy's belting work below! It’s a fantastic idea and we’re really pleased to be part of it. Great agency. Andrew was great to deal with . He knew what we were looking for in terms of garden and size of house and was a great advisor and guide all the way through. Extremely patient and professional all the way through what ended up being a long drawn out process due to the banks tightening up on mortgages when the interest rates where climbing. I can't speak highly enough of Ribston Pippin. We recently bought our home through them and Andrew was absolutely fantastic, from first viewing through to having our offer accepted and doing the necessary chasing to keep things moving up to exchange and completion. We viewed a lot of properties with different estate agents during our search and we were so glad (and relieved!) that the home we wanted was on with Ribston Pippin as Andrew was the most friendly, professional estate agent we'd dealt with. I highly recommend Ribston Pippin and wouldn't hesitate to use them in future.

We recently bought a house that Ribston & Pippin were selling in Ilkley. The customer experience was amazing receiving excellent customer service from the first phone call right through to completion. In particular Jilly made the house viewing a memorable experience she was helpful, friendly & kept us updated every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble even allowing meetings with the builder at the property so we were able to move plans forward quickly. Estate Agency at its best. We viewed a few houses with Ribston Pippin and we eventually ended up buying one through them. Ribston Pippin have been outstanding. They offer a personal service, and are leaps ahead of the big chain estate agencies that around around. The owners live within Menston and often you will come across them - so they are honest, reliable and want to make sure the home is right for you. Its personal service nailed. Their valuations are appropriate, and are not trying to inflate the local market like many of the other chains. I personally would like to thank Andy for making this happen. The service was outstanding, was genuine and was honest. Very rarely can you say that it was a pleasure doing business with an estate agency, however I would say this was a pleasure, and was a great experience. If you are selling your house, please use these - as a buyer of a property they were fantastic and I would recommend anyone to use Andy and the team.
