FacebookI had absolutely the worst experience with this estate agency. They haven’t been professional at all, after agreeing a let with them and just before signing a contract, they couldn’t provide us with information with all the checks that need to be done, one of the main gas checks were forgotten to be done and mentioned to us that it needs to be done, and then the property manager was being rude to my partner, was shouting at him on the phone and interrupted him many times on the phone and hang up on the phone in the end. She then accused him of lying and said that everything has been recorded as they have recorded the phone call. Yet when I requested the recording they said that they don’t keep that as it’s not needed. I think that proves it all. The whole experience was stressful and rude from their side. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL IN A MOVING HOME SITUATION!

GoogleThe whole team at George Edwards were fantastic at trying to make both our sale and purchase as smooth as possible, particularly when complications arose beyond all of our control. They were always easy to contact, personable and quick at responding to any queries. The photos of the house we sold were beautiful and all viewings were organised and led by George Edwards with minimal hassle for us as sellers. We would definitely recommend!

GoogleHave been in touch with the company owner quite a lot recently as we have had several agents give us valuation. We haven't put our house on the market yet as our property is still being renovated, but Paul has answered our questions/queries so efficiently and seems very experienced in the local market and has offered fantastic advise for us along the way. Always available, professional and....honest. Breath of freah air! Will definitely be instructing them when we are ready to market.

When they came to value our home, they had carried out a thorough market assessment beforehand and clearly talked through an effective strategy to market our property.
