Can’t recommend Bryn & Eamon highly enough. They were fantastic from the moment I met them, to entrust my home to their care, until the SOLD sign went up. They were at the end of the phone whenever I had a question and were ready with great advice when I had any worries regarding the sale. Their years of experience showed in all my interactions with them. They are, by a country mile, the agents to choose in Maynooth.

I cannot speak highly enough of Eamon and Bryn. When we engaged to sell our house, they were so engaged in helping us market and sell our home. Throughout, even while we engaged with buying our follow on home, Eamon was always available on the other end of the phone to answer questions. I'll never forget how helpful and engaged he was to help us sell our home and buy our new home too. Thanks!

We chose Sherry Fitzgerald Brady O’Flaherty , Maynooth to sell our country house in Meath because we knew that Eamon had sold our neighbours house previously. On meeting Eamon, he really impressed us with his local knowledge and the fact that he was confident that he could sell our house in 8 weeks - we actually went sale agreed after 6 weeks! Eamon was very attentive and always at the end of the phone. We found him and his team very professional throughout1 the process and we highly recommend them as Estate Agents.

We recently bought our home through this estate agent and had a very positive experience. Communication was consistently clear, timely, and helpful, which made a big difference during what can often be a stressful time. Bryn was approachable, supportive, and always willing to answer questions or provide guidance when needed. We felt well-informed at every stage. We would happily recommend his services to others looking to buy or sell.

Thank you Linda!

I wanted to put in writing how grateful we are to Linda Christopher at the Gorey branch of Sherry Fitzgerald. When we set out on our home buying journey I was poorly prepared for what a difficult and stressful thing to do it can be. The one person that has stood out throughout the whole process is Linda. Her kindness, patience and most of all her willingness to offer her expertise to all aspects of the home buying process has been invaluable, and without her I would have almost given up! I’ve lost count of the number of times she has given clarity to what would have otherwise been an issue I had no understanding of. And that goes far beyond her role as an auctioneer. She has held our hand throughout mortgage broker, bank and solicitor issues. She is a star! Thank you Linda! Shaun, Simone & Finn

Liz Ryan Phibsborough branch

As an investor, developer and home owner I am hugely impressed by Liz Ryan of Sherry Fitzgerald's Phibsborough branch. I am more knowledgeable than most about the property market so can speak with experience and say that she is one of the best agents in the city. Liz is honest, professional, incisive, informative and empathic. She has a great knowledge of the Dublin 7 market. She offers no false hopes in order to get the business and is spot on in her predictions. She appeals to both buyers and sellers. As a seller I am impressed at how well she relates to buyers, always keeping all bidders on board, as often the highest bidder may pull out. When it happened in my case Liz assured me in her calm manner that it wasn't going to be an issue. I was especially impressed by the sensitivity Liz showed in selling the family home after my mother's death. Liz has handled two sales for me and I would have no hesitation in recommending her highly.

A big thank you to Adrian and James who were an absolute pleasure to deal with right from reserving the house up until receiving the keys. Excellent communication throughout and plenty of assistance with the whole process. As first time buyers we were quite new to the process. However both lads made the process as simple and user friendly as possible. Would 100% recommend.

We contacted Sherry FitzGerald Brady O Flaherty back in July to look into selling our house. The whole team, especially Eamon and Bryn made the whole process as stress free as possible. They went above and beyond what we expected from an estate agency, continously making sure the process was kept moving so that we could move into our new property before Christmas. We could not recommend them highly enough, between communication, sales and professionalism.

Once we found the right home, he was professional, responsive, and kept things moving efficiently. His realistic timelines and proactive approach made the process from sale agreed to sold very smooth. Highly recommend both Bryn and the agency!

I chose Sherry Fitzgerald Brady O’Flaherty to sell a house on my behalf as I had dealt with Eamon previously and was happy with how that sale was handled. Things have advanced quite a lot since then and Sherry Fitzgerald Maynooth has advanced in so many ways too. From the moment Eamon accepted the business to the final closing I was kept up to date with everything that was going on. Bryn handled the sale on this occasion and he was very professional and helpful and I was satisfied that he was doing everything well……not only for my benefit but also for the benefit of the purchasers. The timeline and steps of the procedure were clearly outlined, I felt very involved in all decisions and I was more than happy with the outcome of the sale. When you add to this how professional Eamon and Bryn are, how helpful and friendly Lea and Trish, (in the office), are, I cannot recommend the team highly enough. Thank you very much team. Very pleased to have chosen you for my sale.

We recently sold our house in Kilcock through Sherry Fitzgerald Brady O’Flaherty and can’t speak highly enough of Eamonn and his team. They are true experts who know the market inside out and could advise us every step of the way. Eamonn and Bryn’s guidance gave us complete confidence in the process. Once we were ready to sell they acted quickly to get the house on the market and we were delighted to go sale agreed within a matter of weeks. We would have no hesitation in recommending them, they’re the best in the business! The McCarrick family

We dealt with Sherry Fitzgerald Brady O’Flaherty in the purchase of our home. At all times everyone in the office was kind, transparent and professional. It was truly refreshing to see. During a stressful time as a first time buyer, their business being transparent lifted some of that stress. Thank you to all in the office with a special thanks to Bryn who was a pleasure to deal with!

We recently sold our house and bought a new house through Sherry Fitz Maynooth. The level of service from Eamon and the team really was excellent. For us it was a long haul for both houses. We were guided through every step of the way. We always felt in good hands. Issues and queries were dealt with a level of urgency that was greatly appreciated...as there were a lot of them! They're a great team, clearly with lots of experience. I'd absolutely recommend them.

It was a pleasure to deal with Eamon O'Flaherty and his team in Maynooth who handled the sale of our home with such professionalism and ease. We had dealt with Eamon many years ago when we bought our home and he was the first person that came to mind when it was time to sell. We would have no hesitation in recommending Sherry FitzGerald Brady O'Flaherty Auctioneers.

We shopped around for an estate agent, I met three different agents before we met Bryn. I felt that making the decision to pick the right estate agent was a bit of a gamble. You never know if they want a quick sale, if they have too much on their books, or if their own interest is their priority. I am very happy to say that Bryn was so professional from start to finish. Whenever we needed to speak with him about anything he made himself available. He gave us great advice throughout the sale. I know that we made the correct decision with the estate agent and we would highly recommend them.

Horrible experience renting with them

Horrible experience renting with them. I visited the apartment that had faulty balcony door, which they said would be fixed before I move in. It was not fixed, the house was extremely dirty with food residue in the fridge, many light bulbs not working (they fixed it after a week). Right now, more than 2 weeks after moving in, the balcony door is still not fixed. I’ll never rent with them again.
