I was hugely impressed with Bungalow Homes, on the recent sale of my Bungalow where they replaced another agent who was struggling. From the very beginning Ryan/ Zoe were confident re the price they could achieve, selected a small but well qualified group of buyers, and then were utterly tenacious with all parties (buyer, both solicitors, even me!) to ensure the sale completed ahead of the UK budget which was a key deadline for me.The increase in purchase price achieved means it's a complete no brainer - I won't waste time with other agents in future.
