Terrible experience. Travelled for 5.5 hours and wanted to collect keys for a purchase of a property. Called them on the journey to clarify the collection of the same. Most disgraceful disrespect from a stupid women in the phone. The beyond disrespectful women kept saying " you could be anyone, who are you, how do I know who you are" . We were the other party in the sale and the agreement was to collect the keys from this firm. Inbred racism!! Didn't like that we came from the south. Would never employ her! Told the senior partner the same! We were on the side of the road with our belongs/ removal van dealing with the that!! Anyone would think we had arrived on a small boat!

I've been waiting around 7 years now for DW SHAW to deal with land I bought! Now there client (who I bought the land from) has sadly passed away, his full property has been sold on... INCLUDING THE LAND THAT I HAVE ALREADY BOUGHT AMD PAID FOR! BY DW SHAW ALSO! I've visited there office in Mauchline no less than 50 times with absolutely no progress made, they are refusing to speak to me or return any calls. This has happened with several people I know...
