GoogleAt the start we were dealing with Richard who was professional and motivated towards the sale of our house.
When Richard was not around it went down hill rapidly. Couldn't get hold of them via phone or email. The only time they contacted us was when our buyer wanted something, it was almost like they were paying the commission to Palmer Snell. We have heard nothing from them since before we had exchanged or completed, we have been moved a week now and still heard nothing.
My recommendation is go to GTH for in Ilminster, amazing agents without them our move would not of happened.

GoogleWith a booked second viewing, the agent forwarded an offer to the seller which was accepted, from another buyer. My second viewing was then cancelled. I understand that offers have to be forwarded to the seller, but with other viewings , why not wait for all offers received to be forwarded to the seller after all viewings were made that day. In my opinion this is very unprofessional.
Interestingly, the offer that was accepted has now been withdrawn. Second viewing now arranged.
