FacebookDavid, and his team, are consummate professionals. I was fully supported through the purchasing process and David always made time for me when I had any queries. I feel it is so important to have a local estate agency to deal with rather than a large national firm. Ascot epitomise why this is so important, with their fantastic local knowledge and genuine care in helping you through your property transaction.

GoogleUnless you fancy months of stress, worry, lies and general unprofessionalism, I'd avoid like the plague. For some reason the company feels that it is appropriate to dramatically inflate the listing prices, meaning that when you go to get a mortgage it is undervalued by a considerable amount. Don't even think of asking them to provide information to contest this if you find yourself in that unlucky situation, it will take weeks, which then turns out to be your fault and cause the property to be sold to other buyers from underneath you. I cannot stress enough just how incompetent the people at Ascot are. I suspect anyone rating it higher than 1 star are either incredibly lucky, or friends/family of the people that work there.

GoogleAfter recently using this company to sell my house after being let down by some of the big name agents, I can honestly say that the level of customer service and attention to detail was fantastic. The staff all were very helpful and could contact them at anytime which proved useful as with selling any property you have doubts and questions but all were dealt with in a professional manner. I would recommend this company certainly to my friends and family, overall a pleasant transaction from a supportive team.

GoogleDon't waste your time. They didn't show on the first viewing I arranged with them, I foolishly then arranged a second a few days later, guess what, they didn't show up again. Unbelievable that they actually HAVE a business at all.
