GoogleI have been using Savills in Marlow, for several years now and have always experienced a professional considered approach, particularly listening and delivering on my requests whether it be buying and or selling. More recently Sophia Farwell was tasked with finding a property for one of my elderly relatives, a difficult task on a good day. That being said, Sophia listened to the remit, took it upon her self to personally identified properties and within a few days had delivered the property of my relatives dreams, i thought it would take months! Thank you Sophia and all the team a truly fantastic experience.

GoogleI do not rate this company at all! Wasted my time and my partners time to see a property in Marlow! Ignored my calls and texts but finally rang me back after 15/20 minutes to find out they cancelled my viewing and didn't let me know somebody has already taken it. No emails to show the cancellation and tried to put me onto viewing a 1 bed above a shop! What do you think i am? Me and my partners first 1 bed property and this is our bad experience by Tom Hyde at the Marlow Branch! I do not appreciate this at all.

A comment on Savills policy of "no paper" :
I would have liked a brochure or at least a printout which I could refer to easily, and make notes on. The link was cumbersome and didn't always work. Savills policy of not having brochures or even flyers, isn't helpful for buyers when looking at many houses from many agents over several weeks.
