Martine Smith and the team at Andrew Milsom, Marlow have been fantastic during our house purchase. Buying a house is stressful and Martine was always available to talk to us, make follow up phone calls to the buyer as well as communicating with the solicitors. The effort Martine and her team put in were amazing and she definitively played a big part in us being able to complete on the desired day. I can highly recommend working with them: they are knowledgeable of the property market, friendly and approachable. I will consider them when we sell our next property.

Simply the best! The teams polite, professional simple common sense approach takes the hassle out of selling your house. My review is for Andrew Milsom Property Management. Prior to contracting our Property Management to Andrew Milsom, we had worked with three other Companies. However, their proficiency was so poor, that we, as volunteer Directors, were doing most of the work ourselves. Changing Management companies - yet again - was a risk, but one that has, on this occasion paid massive dividends. Lewis Jennings - Senior Lettings Negotiator & Block Manager - is our personal contact at Milsom, and has become invaluable to us for his wise counsel, experience and diplomacy. He responds immediately to any requests from ourselves as Directors, and to the other property owners. Our accounts, plus invoices, are now presented monthly along with our budgeted targets for comparison, making the signing off our annual accounts a simple formality - four to five pages to look through instead of over fifty previously. Our thanks go to both Lewis Jennings and to Sue House, Finance Manager, for making our lives so easy in this regard. A project to replace all internal doors with approved Fire doors was also successfully completed this year. Yes, it’s a Five Star review from us, thank you.

Communication! We were in a chain of four properties, so inevitably there were hold-ups beyond our control. In that situation, when it's something as financially (and emotionally) important as a property sale, communication is incredibly important. Seb & co. at AM nailed this - chasing up other agents in the chain and making sure that we had regular updates with useful information. When Seb was off for a week, Brett followed up in his place with exactly the same proactive approach. I'm very appreciative. I think I'd have lost patience and called off the whole thing if I hadn't been kept so well informed.

I really don't think my sale and purchase would have gone through without the professionalism and persistence of Brett Rivett and the team at Andrew Milsom. The period from Brett's initial visit to carry out my property valuation, to receiving the offer which enabled me to secure my new home, was less than a week. I have no doubt that if it had taken longer to market my property, I would have lost my dream home. There were additional challenges along the way but Brett's persistence in chasing all the various stakeholders involved, got it over the line. I highly recommend Andrew Milsom, especially in these challenging times.
