From my first phone call to my last, the positive, honest help and support given by Jonathan was much appreciated, throughout what can be a very stressful time. He went above and beyond, revisiting the property with us, making and answering calls well into late evening and at weekends in order to put our minds at rest, he was a link between us and the sellers, often speeding up necessary information we would otherwise have needed our solicitor to find out. Good morning Kerry, thank you for your review, I am sorry things ended on such a bad note. After this we totally overhauled our rental service and identified where things had gone wrong. The deposit holding scheme make the final decision on awards when tenants cause damage, which was out of our control.
