Absolutely fantastic Estate Agents would definitely recommend to anyone. I purchased a property through them and Cleo was fantastic, great communication and very helpful. (Hector the dog is also GORGEOUS!!). Cleo made the whole process so much easier, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Harriet was also lovely she showed us round the property and was very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the 3rd time I have used Chapman Stickels to navigate the sale of my house and purchase of new property, which speaks volumes in itself.... From the valuation which Ben dealt with to the purchase and sale which Cleo dealt with, their expertise has been second to none. I dealt with Chapman Stickels Estate Agents in relation to the sale of a rental property. The staff provided me with a number of options regarding future rental or sale of the property. I later decided to sell the property and all dealings were handled by Cleo. The transaction was conducted in a very professional manner. My wife and I were looking for a house in Hadleigh during the middle of ‘Lockdown’. We found a house for sale through Chapman Stickels. Moving into our new home sold to us by Robert Chapman was an ' interesting' experience at the start of the Covid 19 pandemic lockdown! Many difficulties were encountered with the Conveyancing process and Robert was able to engage with the solicitors to assist in progressing matters. Robert was extremely good natured and helpful. From beginning to end, I have loved working with the Chapman Stickels team. I have found them to be professional, reliable, trustworthy, proactively communicative, and very approachable. Over the past 20+ years, I have bought and sold a number of residential properties, and have had consistently disappointing and frustrating experiences with estate agents. So it was a genuinely pleasant surprise to meet Ben Stickels and colleagues! I knew that I could trust them throughout the process, and felt welcome to contact the office whenever I had a question. They REALLY know their market. Their marketing material is second to none, with an extraordinary quality of photography (including aerial shots) and beautiful production of printed brochures.
