⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ed Reid is simply outstanding, I cannot recommend him highly enough. From our very first interaction, Ed set himself apart from every other estate agent I've dealt with. He is genuinely warm, approachable, and clearly passionate about what he does, and that enthusiasm is infectious. What truly impressed me was his communication. In an industry where you can often feel left chasing people for updates, Ed was the complete opposite. He was always reachable, always quick to respond, and always proactive in keeping me informed at every stage of the process. Never once did I feel like I was being left in the dark. Beyond his responsiveness, it's his kindness and patience that really stand out. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed, answered every question without making me feel rushed, and genuinely seemed to care about the outcome, not just for himself, but for me. If you're looking for an estate agent who combines professionalism with real human warmth, look no further than Ed Reid. He made what can be a stressful experience feel remarkably smooth and reassuring. A true gem in the industry. Highly, highly recommended. 10/10.

She was extremely helpful with advice for my friend who is currently renting her property and recently listed with Oscar James at the Kettering branch, regarding how as this was a Desborough property she would also provide leads to the team should anyone be looking in this area. Amy was amazing throughout our purchase! We used Oscar James to buy a property which is due for completion Friday 20th May. Top service received, Excellent communication and superb knowledge about all aspects of the steps towards our new house. We couldn’t have asked for a better company to be part of helping us with our first house purchase. Throughout our journey to completion of our house purchase staff member: “Lois Kenny” helped us tremendously we wouldn’t have had a completion date in the next 2 days from writing this review without her assistance . Very professional in all communications we had, Great response times when we needed help from her or had any question and there was never an email she didn’t respond to same day. We kept Lois in all our emails with the solicitors and our mortgage broker so Lois knew everything that was happening and the how things was progressing she was an excellent help when things began to slow down on the solicitors side and soon got the ball rolling again in a flash. We don’t know what we would have done without her. We would definitely recommend Oscar James and especially Lois Kenny from Oscar James to a friend for her to assist them in a future purchase of a property or to sell their property.
