Jane is the worlds BEST ESTATE AGENT!! She truly epitomises 'going above and beyond'. I honestly enjoyed every moment of working with Jane, she is exceptional. I've worked with Jane at Naylors several times now: Sold 2 of my homes me I purchased a home through them On each and every occasion Jane was extremely responsive, helpful and proactive. She is honest, direct and cares deeply about her customers. She is one in a billion, by far the best estate agent out there. I am not the most tidy, organised or reliable client. Yet Jane helped me to ensure the property was spotless the photos, arriving early to move items and perfect the layout. She also provided me with a recommended solicitor, handyman and painter throughout our 2 sales together. When I purchased my property with Naylors, the builder had issues with a document drainage that prevented me from gaining mortgage approval. As I was imminently selling the prior house, Jane managed to work MAGIC and negotiated with the builder me to move into the house on a rental basis, allowing them time to resolve the documentation issues and ensuring I could move into my home and simply complete purchase a few months later at no extra expense to me. It was a win-win approach which Jane had to think outside the box to deliver. I am very thankful to Jane all she has done, you are the best!

We highly recommend using Naylors. Selling our home was made as stress free as possible from start to finish. Jane and William used their years of experience and expertise to guide us through the process, advising us well and ensuring that, not only did we get an excellent offer swiftly, but that it continued all the way to completion. Jane worked tirelessly, liaising with solicitors on both sides and other agents in the chain, so that our sale went through and so did our purchase. Delighted with Jane's support and help in our house purchase. She helped us by our by our dream home and was on hand throughout the process to assist with anything we needed. I would highly recommend Naylors and Jane went out of her way to make sure our house purchase happen. Naylors Estate Agents were the Estate Agent for the property that we bought recently. Jane was excellent from start to finish. From initially showing us around the property, she left us to look around in our own time but was on hand when we had any questions. Jane's knowledge of the property and the seller's situation was amazing and really put us at ease when putting in an offer. Once the offer had been lodged and accepted, Jane was in regular contact and it felt like we were her clients as she was always on hand when we needed help with anything. She managed everyone's expectations brilliantly and didn't sit back and wait for the transaction to just happen. Jane was proactive and chased all parties every week to get it over the line. I’m writing this looking out of the window, over the fields in our dream home and we would not be here without Jane. Jane at Naylors was very friendly, professional and knowledagble. She was very helpful in arranging our property purchase and we were so happy with her that we have instructed her to sell our other house. As a buyer, she never made me feel as though she was only working for the seller and was always happy to answer any questions or emails. Would not hesitate to recommend her or Naylors. Edit: We have now sold our old house with Jane and her patience and chasing of the buyers was fantastic. I hope not to move again any time soon but I would use Naylors if we did.

We rented a property from Naylors for three years and found the experience from start to finish to be professional and extremely helpful. From the moment we saw the place and registered our interest to the ad hoc maintenance enquiries we had during our tenancy, Naylors were always happy to help and were very quick at responding to queries. Maintenance and general enquiries were dealt with extremely quickly with us being kept informed at all times. We subsequently bought the same property and, again, Naylors were also extremely helpful and patient in assisting with this. Absolutely disgusted with this company. I had arranged a evaluation of my property, one of the two directors William Naylor attended . He was not wearing PPE, I asked him if he had a mask. He told me he did not and I then politely told William on this occasion I couldn’t allow him into my home.To this he responded “Fine!” And then proceeded to walk away without another word. Not even to offer to get a mask or reschedule the appointment . I felt this was not only incredibly rude but also irresponsible in the current climate of COVID-19. We are in the 4th month of a world wide pandemic, I felt it not a big ask for William to be wearing some sort of face covering? Not only to keep me and him safe, but also keep the people safe who’s houses he may of been visiting that day. I called to make a complaint and spoke with Liz Naylor. Who seemed to try and justify not protecting the staff and clients of Naylors- not that there is many considering there is only around 7 properties within Market Harborough for sale on their website. Liz’s attitude toward my feelings were that as a company they didn’t feel they had a responsibility to ensure people were kept safe and wouldn’t be taken any necessary steps to prevent the possible spread they could be causing. “ we cannot make people wear masks” “ it’s not law”. If a staff member refuses to wear a mask then they shouldn’t be sent out to people’s houses, it’s that simple. An evaluation is not a long process and it is not much of an inconvenience to wear a mask for the duration. You could be saving someone’s life, it’s that simple. Although that doesn’t matter to Liz as she told me she wasn’t bothered about the 45,000 who have contracted the virus and died. This company will not be selling my current high value property nor will they be selling any of my future properties. Disgusting.

During such difficult times for us all I was tasked to find my Director a rental property whereby I found myself continually let down by several different Agents in Leicestershire. Until I had the pleasure of meeting Jane to view a property and thereafter Chelsea and I successfully found a lovely property for rental. I would have no reservations whatsoever recommending Naylors to sell a property/manage a rental/rent from. All covid-19 precautions/measures were met by Naylors.
