GoogleRosedales, in my opinion, are the very best estate agents in the area. I had great confidence in them all the way through the process of selling our house, We had a great communicative relationship, regularly spoke and they sent me Rightmove viewing reports regularly. Their marketing is fantastic with video tours, 360 tours, drone pictures and social media. This was my second time using Rosedales and I can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleHad an excellent experience with Rosedale from start to finish. All of the staff I met or spoke to were friendly, helpful and professional. I cannot speak highly enough of the communication they maintained at all times. I was immediately impressed with their service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone after they sold my house in just 2 weeks.

GoogleFrom start to finish the team at Rosedale in Market Deeping were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Even though our property was 15+ miles away from their office they got our property sold quickly and were so much better than our local agents! Not a bad word to say about them. They are honest, compassionate, friendly, professional just brilliant. Thanks so much all at Rosedale but especially Karen :)

She knew when to give a gentle nudge when she thought the process was stalling. We've no doubt that the process would have taken longer had Karen not been involved. GoogleI sold my property with the Stamford branch a couple of years ago and decided to use Rosedale again for my move in Deeping. Simon & Lesley are are so helpful and friendly. This must be the third or 4th time i've used this company and the service is always excellent. Since I first used them they have started doing videos and virtual tours which I think are absolutely brilliant especially when you are looking for another property to buy. I'm hoping this will be my last move but if I sell again I will def use you without hesitation
