FacebookTerrible service all around. Took to property ombudsman, got rewarded, but not nearly enough for the hassle they caused. All calls are traced and recorded. Except the ones the manager wants to make from his personal phone, which obviously don't get to be assessed by the property ombudsman. Disgusting behaviour.
