Smith and Co are home matchmakers who provide an impeccable service tailored to the client. Sara and the team gave their time and attention to marketing our home to sell, and showed real commitment to detail. Every prospective buyer was shown round by them personally and feedback sought, to ensure we understood the market. We chose Smith and Co as they were marketing a property we were interested in. When we realised it was not for us, Sara found us another house that is our truly forever home. The team went above and beyond in ensuring the conveyancing ran smoothly and were by our side through to the end.

I have only very good things to say about this lovely company. If you are looking for a property to rent then I highly recommend Smith & Co. There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!

We can not recommend Smith & Co enough! From the first meeting, Sara and her team put us straight at ease and our meetings were like catch ups. Every discussion was met with excitement and enthusiasm and we felt like we were their only client! Throughout the whole process the team were very professional and the effort put in to get the best out of our property was phenomenal. Considering Smith and Co. are a small agent with no high street office, the service we received was uncomparible to any other. Within weeks of going to market we had secured 8 viewings and 2 amazing offers allowing us the ability to sell our property and follow our dream. The way Smith and Co market properties speaks for itself but I wouldn't use another agent ever! Thankyou again to you all!!

I can’t thank Smith and co-enough for how above and beyond they went for us throughout our house sale, we were buying our house through them and selling our house via a different estate agent, what should have been a very smooth sale due to a very small chain was an absolute nightmare due to our buyers solicitor and they’re complete and utter incompetence. Julie was so supportive and professional and was always at the end of a phone, which goes along way when you’re in such a stressful process like this, they really took the journey with us and were there every step of the way to support us with every hurdle we had to jump!
