GoogleI have been liaising with Jasmin at Just Move what a delight to work with, she get things done for you, she is polite and professional but also understands that even though it’s a rented property it still your home. Would highly recommend Jasmin it’s been such a pleasure. Thank you so much.

GoogleUnprofessional and incompetent estate agent. Be aware if buying or selling. I wanted to view a property on their website. I called several times 4 days after the Jubiliee weekend and there was a message saying the office was closed until Monday the 6th of June and you couldn't leave a voicemail and got cut off every time. On the 5th time I spoke to Amber who couldn't find the property after I had given her the area (only property in this area), price and type. I asked to view the sales property and she said Laura would call me back the same afternoon. I gave her my name, mobile and email. She didn't ask for my address, my buying position, budget or what type of property I was looking for. Not good if you are selling or buying! Laura didn't call me back, so after 24 hours I called again and Amber answered the phone. All she kept saying was no worries, no worries which was unprofessional. I asked her to again if I could view it and she told me I could view it the following morning and would send the viewing confirmation and details. I didn't receive it. I told her I had 1.5 hours journey to see the property and called the office at 9 am the following morning and the viewing was at 10.45 am. Amber answered again saying no worries and said she would type an email immediately and send it. Each time I spoke to her I checked she had my correct email. I didn't receive it before the viewing and I received a text with the address later in the day after the viewing. I have heard nothing from the agent and I was very disappointed I couldn't view it as I am ready to buy. Staff need training or hire people who have experience working in an estate agent. Appalling service.

GoogleWe are first time buyers and so this was the first time we had gone through the process of buying a house. The Just Move Team were all super helpful and were really speedy in answering any questions we had and helping us in any way they could. Especially Gracie, she helped us throughout the entire process and nothing ever seemed to much for her. She answered all our in a timely manner and helped us understand the process. Even if Gracie was off the rest of the team answered our questions getting back to us super quick and making sure things were still chased so the process wasn’t held up. We would highly recommend Just Move!!

GoogleThis was our second property move in under 2 years. We used another estate agent last time and the experience with them wasn’t a patch on the service we received from Just Move. Connor was there with us every step of the way, never giving us false hope and keeping us updated with any changes or progress. Every query was followed up and replied to, we were never once left wondering what was happening and every question or worry we had was answered by Connor and his very knowledgable staff. I would recommend Just Move to anybody buying or selling.

GoogleMy whole experience with just moved was professional and positive. Other estate agents I’ve had were letting me down all the way, from moving valuations and not returning phone calls when promised. Connor and his team at Just Move never broke one promise, they were professional, always available and supportive throughout the whole process.

GoogleThey never ring you back don't let you no when they get in touch with landlords because all they out to do is scam you I am lucky I give them no money they will take your money then say the person who is dealing with it is away then they never ring u back and say they tryed but they manged to get in touch when they tould be that I should of not give them a bad rewiew DON'T GO WITH THIS COMPONY

The whole team at Just Move/just mortgage is brilliant ! They kept regular contact to keep me up to date on everything and I can honestly say the whole process was made much more manageable and stress free ! With in 3 months I had sold , got a mortgage agreement and moved ... Well ya can't get better than that ! Highly recommended

Good morning Gabriel, we apologies if you are dissatisfied with our service. Since you have not returned any of our calls or responded to the DPS I can only assume this comes from the retention of your security deposit. As stated in your tenancy agreement- you was not permitted to have any pets, this includes cats. As there was damage to the property from this unauthorized pet, your deposit was used to offset any damaged to the property as well as an industrial clean.
