Jack is the Definition of a great Landlord. Hes very fair, very Kind and nothing is too much trouble if you need to contact him . He is able to be a friendly compassionate person to speak with, yet very fair, professional and helpful as your landlord, he has the balance perfectly mastered. I would recommend to anybody who is looking for rental properties, i have rented for over 20 years and nobody comes close to Jack, hes a great person and most importantly provides excellent properties and helps you feel secure settled and happy. I was missing an electrical cert, Josh called the electrician using the information found on the consumer unit to get a new one issued - a great service from start to finish. Reading the comments here, it's very hard to ascertain if these are landlords commenting or tenants who have had experiences. However maybe the managed apartments/buildings are different, but "the dial at the market place" is a no go area don't bother, it's been an awful experience to deal with. Customer service with them is bad, no respect or regard to customer complaints. Almost Every body that have moved in recently have complained, unfortunately people don't come online to comment. Big lesson to check reviews before renting.
