GoogleWhat an enjoyable process we’ve had with the team, from our first valuation through to all viewings and the sale of our home - everyone was a pure delight to speak to and always on hand with any questions we had! Shanelle valued our property and made the whole experience of doing so so seamless - taking the most beautiful pictures. Rosie was an absolute delight to speak to on the phone for all of our viewings and queries! A very passionate lovely team! X

GoogleBest estate agents we have use (and we've used a few). Danielle was excellent at explaining everything and getting us ready to get onto the market, her photos and videos really showcased our home perfectly too which helped get lots of viewings in. Then Rosie and the rest of the team were amazing at supporting us through the viewings and process even when we unfortunately lost a buyer and had to start the process again. Always easy to get hold of someone in the team for updates or reassurance. A positive experience all round.

GoogleAfter having such a dreadful experience with another Mansfield estate agent, coming into contact with the team at staton and cushley was like a breath of fresh air, especially Shanelle and Nikki, from the start everything has been explained throughly it’s been such a easy journey selling our house, would definitely recommend to anyone 🙌🏻✨

GoogleShanelle came to value our house and we thought that maybe the valuation was a little high but we trusted her judgment and she was spot on. Our property was very well presented with lovely photographs and within 3 days of being on the market we were offered the full asking price. We are currently going through the selling process and the support from Shanelle, Danielle & Emma has been excellent so far. I will submit another review when we have completed but I have every confidence it will be a good one!

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service. Property was online within a few hours of the visit to value, photograph and take instruction. First viewing less than 24 hours later. Lovely staff who are all a pleasure to deal with. Very reasonable rates. Couldn't be happier with their efforts for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering buying or selling a property.

GoogleI’ve dealt with a few Estate Agents locally and have to say that these are THE best by far! Danielle and the team have worked tirelessly to get the sale and purchase completed for me (and there were a few obstacles along the way), but I was kept fully informed throughout the process and they worked extremely hard on my behalf. GoogleFantastic estate agent who made the process of buying our first home seamless and as stress free as possible. Emma and the rest of the team are always willing to go above and beyond to help with the process, and even recommended a great solicitor to us - together they beat our estimated time scale for moving which was fantastic. We found they were really easy to contact to resolve any queries or concerns we had throughout, and were more than happy to chase things up on our behalf as well, which ensured there was no delays. Overall a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy/rent in the area

GoogleHad a poor experience with a national branded estate agent who gave very poor advice to try and force a sale. Danielle and the team have been great from the start, the property was professionally advertised and online very quickly. Good interest despite the market and negotiated a fairly quick sale. Kept up to date throughout the solicitors process and overall can’t fault the service. I will use again if I ever need to and would definitely recommend.

GoogleCannot thank all at Staton more. Our purchase was quite complicated in the end but they all worked hard to finally push it through, putting any concerns of ours to rest. Always kept us completely up to date and aware of what was happening. Shanelle and Danielle were brilliant throughout the entire process and if it wasn't for Shanelle, we may have not got the move pushed through. Couldn't recommend them enough. GoogleI was recommended by a friend to use this estate agent as these would take all the stress out of and moving house as I've not moved home in 18 years the whole process has changed Danielle Emma and Pippa have all been a delight and nothing has been too much trouble for them to help me in this process of moving home I could contact any of these guys more less 24/7 any time of day I sold my house with these in less than a month with my asking price they have also sorted the process for my new house and got me a great deal on my new mortgage in these hard times of interest rates thank you Daniel Emma and Pippa once again I can't praise you any higher and your company Stanton and cushley estate agents Mansfield thank you Steve x big hugs 🤗

GoogleCannot thank these guys enough!! Shanelle has been out of this world and basically babysat me throughout the whole process being new to selling I hadn’t a clue where to start! Her knowledge start to finish on estate is incredible! The whole team and have been efficient, on time and absolutely flawless! My property sold in 2 weeks and I am not surprised with how I’ve had viewings like a train station and the amazing adverts! Would highly recommend and will be returning for my future purchase! I was unsure about eased my worries if there was any hiccups along the way will definitely use them if I ever move again.
