GoogleJust completed selling our dad's house and couldn't be more delighted with how it was all managed by Haart, and in particular Maarten. We were selling from a distance after dad passed, and Maarten managed everything for us, taking all the stress out of the process. We had an offer within days of being on the market, and after those first buyers had to pull out, Maarten jumped straight on it and we had another buyer within a few weeks. Easy to deal with, always available, and ready to answer any questions. Couldn't recommend highly enough. (We also used Haarts recommended conveyancing service which was also great - online and slick in the main, but people on the phone when needed - again would recommend).
Hi Steve, Thank you so much for your lovely review of our Maarten- He appreciates this greatly! Kind regards, Lauren McCheyne Administrator haart Manningtree

GoogleWe cannot thank Maarten enough for the help, determination and effort he has put into selling our property since first meeting him a year ago. We were selling the house from a distance so had to rely on Maarten’s advice, and trust him to oversee every aspect from liaising with potential buyers, regular updates and providing valuable feedback throughout the entire process. Once the sale was confirmed Lauren was most helpful keeping us informed of the process and keeping in contact with regular updates. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Haart Manningtree team to anybody looking to sell their property. Thank you so much Maarten and Lauren. Caroline.

GoogleAs a youth in this generation, finding a property can be confusing, frustrating and possibly financially crippling. However my experience contacting haart on the subject has been a relief to say the least. For their knowledge on the properties and the area are detailed and communicated competently. But what makes this review 5 star isn't the fact they know their craft. But the friendliness of the staff supporting the company, I'm spoken to like a friend getting back in touch, or a human being compared to other companies that stick to a script. It's the little things like that, that make a difference in this world. Big thanks to Lauren who spoke to me on the phone, providing me with the info i needed. 10/10 would recommend

GooglePhenominal service from the Manningtree branch. Maarten's photographs were fantastic and really showcased the best of our homes features. Jessica got our home sold within the week and kept me updated frequently, no chasing up required! Kaleigh was the real star of the show, she was ten steps ahead, called me with updates before id even thought about them and was a credit to her profession the whole time through. I cant praise this small team enough it truly is the jewel on the Haart crown. If i could give more than 5 stars i would!!
