Concord is the best property agency to the best of my knowledge. I have had pleasant experience with them. Ricardo is kind, respectful and professional and made renting a house effortless for us. He assisted my family and I not just in terms of housing, he provides guidance to us and helped up settle in with ease as new immigrants. I have a been tenant at a property managed by Concord for about a year and a half. They have always been professional in their communication and very quick to respond. Particularly Ricardo Rivas, who's always ready to help, answer your query, and even come by sort any problem. Recently, I moved out and he was extremely helpful with the transition, as well as with references. If you want to rent through Concord or buy a property, I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I had the pleasure of staying in a professional house managed by Concord Property Ltd in Felixstowe, and I would like to share my positive experience. As a woman, I truly valued the privacy, dignity, and sense of safety I received during my stay. The accommodation was well-maintained and exceeded my expectations for the rent I paid. For just £545, I had an ensuite room, access to a lovely garden, a calm and clean kitchen, and the freedom to use the washing machine and dryer at any time without restrictions. The house itself was quiet, friendly, and shared with quality tenants, which made it a very comfortable place to live. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Ricardo Rivas, a dedicated employee of Concord Property. He was always highly responsive, responsible, professional, and showed great hospitality throughout my stay. His support made my experience even more reassuring and pleasant. Concord Property Ltd has proven to be a trustworthy company that truly provides more value than what you pay for. Finding accommodation with them felt like a stroke of good luck, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for safe, professional, and quality housing.

Worst agency ever! The property I live in is managed by Concord and the agents Jamie Cundall and Ricardo Rivas are the worst! They don’t answer your calls. They don’t turn up the heating and leave you to freeze in winter days! All they care is making money out of you. It’s been days since I begged them to turn up the heating, but they just don’t care!
