GoogleReally disappointed with Simon Heather, spoke to him and based on our short conversation I appointed him (for a bank valuation) I put my trust in him to deliver a fair valuation report - what we have received is an extremely negative report with a shockingly low valuation / even though my business has trebled its turnover in the past 4 years and profits have increased nearly 10 fold Simon has valued it less than the valuer did over 4 years ago, I obviously chose the wrong valuer and will have find another one who will give us a more sensible & fair valuation report, so to be clear I would not recommend Simon Heather to anyone who wanted to obtain a fair business appraisal

Guy Owen in the building surveying team was very professional and responsive throughout, providing us with a detailed report and offering advice in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Guy.

We had to move out of a property early due to damp, mould and other issues which they were reluctant to release us from. Our landlord was the Diocese of Leeds (the Church believe it or not!)

We were disappointed to hear of your experience and thank you for sharing this, feedback both negative and positive allows us to continue to ensure we provide the best service possible. During your inspections there were no signs of damp at the property. There had been historic leaks which had dried and required redecorating. The mould area you refer to appeared to be condensation mould from a lack of ventilation to the area. The condition and safety of the properties we let is of the utmost importance to us, but this does require some work from both letting agents and tenants alike. The deposit return also took longer than we would normally like due to communication back and forth to try to settle the matter without the dispute service which we have now achieved.

Unreliable and unprofessional company ! We had an incredibly disappointing experience with this SW company. We were in the process of securing a property for our new family business in the city center, and after they accepted our offer, confirming that both we and the vendor were happy, they kept delaying everything without any valid reason.

I rented a flat through Sanderson Weatherall at the start of this year. The flat seemed nice enough at the viewing but a number of problems were hidden.

Utterly clueless. Used Sanderson Weatherall as they were the closest firm of valuers on the banks' panel (the property is in Cardiff). They valued the property at 20% less than three national firms with Cardiff offices. When I challenged them they increased their valuation slightly but were still way behind the three other agents. Unfortunately, they were instructed by the bank so I can't sue them for negligence as they clearly had no idea what they were doing on this valuation. Avoid.
