Steve, Andrea & Jessica at Reed Rains' Stockton-on- Tees, were most helpful throughout all the months they acted for us in the sale of a property which was part of an Estate for which we were The Executors. Neither of us lived in that area & we had never even visited the property! At all times they were courteous, very efficient, understanding & supportive. Having been a landlord and using Reeds Rains for 8 years, their service is now at an all time low. My tenants have paid their rent to RR but RR still have 2 months in their account and not mine. They have failed to provide legal documentation as required and really don’t care. Consider using a better agent!

Trying to sell a house has been difficult. Staff telling me that something is a legal requirement, when it is a company policy. Staff do not want to discuss your concerns and the it is nothing to do with me, it is the managers decision, syndrome prevails. Very disappointing.

The Plaistow branch is terrible, very rude staff with very unhelpful and aggressive attitude! The maintenance department team are very unpleasant and unapproachable! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE

Very poor, don't seem to have any brain power when it comes to how to market a property.Incapable of responding with anything coherent when you raise any queries. You don't need to be William Shakespeare but a general level of being able to construct sentences is not too much to expect.

Not worthy even of one star. They sent out contract for renewal tenancy and failed to pick up that statutory notice periods have changed twice during Covid. They are still advising that it’s two months when in fact it was extended to three and now six months. An absolute joke of a service.
