The switchboard team, along with the Manchester and Lowton-Warrington branches, have been extremely helpful and understanding throughout my first experience with traditional auctions. They put in every effort to guide me until I receive my key.
Five stars are not enough for the level of service I received. All The staff, Hannah, Helen, Amy & Kety, responded to my emails promptly, which was incredibly helpful. The team was knowledgeable, patient, and supportive with all my questions.
I truly hope my next portfolio purchase will be with this amazing team again.

I have bought from Pugh & Co motorcycle and motorcycle spares auctions in Ledbury for several years now. The staff are extremely helpful, their charges are upfront with no hidden 'extras' and very reasonable and I always enjoy visiting them. Also their premises just outside Ledbury are superb; the perfect venue for such auctions.

From photos to marketing to following up to communicating with me I was consistently underwhelmed. At no point did I ever feel I was safe in the hands of competent professionals who know what they are doing. They make high street estate agents I have used feel professional and good value for money.
