GoogleAfter months of looking for the perfect place to sell my house I luckily came across this estate agent with the most professional and polite staff. I definitely recommend them. It was a pleasure working with them and i will surely be back soon!

GoogleMonths of being ignored by this company! Was even going to get a new office with them, I’d rather just wait and find something else as it seems to be a continuous issue with this company. Based on all the reviews I’m not the only one this company ignores. Yet I’m sure if they’re owed money they’re right on it!

GoogleWe were very disappointed with the service from MCr Properties, especially from the agent Rizwan. We reported problems in the house many times, but nothing was done. Instead, Rizwan told us to leave and find a new property, which was unhelpful and unprofessional. They also delayed returning our deposit. We went to their office three times and called several times, but got no response. In the end, we received our deposit after 4 weeks. This kind of service is unacceptable.

GoogleCant view on weekends. Cant view just after 5pm as its "too late, you need to book some time off". If you cant book time off at the drop of a hat I wouldnt recommend.

GoogleHe still haven’t returned my deposit back worth of £2000 even after two months. He never protected our deposit under Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) and we tried calling, sending emails and go to the office but still to no avail.
