Latchkey and Vault Ltd Manchester reviews

Thank you Chaye Hall for leaving another review - Leaving multiple reviews for the same application will just be overlooked. We wish you all the best. Regards Attiha

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, but we believe it’s important to clarify the circumstances surrounding your application. As part of our standard vetting process, we require a landlord reference and a review of credit history to ensure that we meet the needs of both our tenants and landlords. Unfortunately, you were unable to provide a reference from your previous landlord, and your credit history, which included several CCJs, raised concerns that we could not overlook. These requirements are essential for moving forward with any tenancy application. We understand this might have been frustrating, but we did issue a refund as a gesture of good faith. We wish you all the best and hope you understand that these measures are in place to ensure the best outcome for everyone involved. Many Thanks Attiha
