The Trusted AgentDidn't turn up!
I had booked an early morning viewing(only one available!) for a property to rent and the estate agent didn't show. Called the office and the agent I had dealt with hadn't entered it in to the calendar. Apology insincere and was unable to have an estate agent show us around that day. Complete waste of time!

The Trusted AgentVery disappointed. Rented a property through this agent, they provided no contract for a year, no inventory and the overall overall service was really poor
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.

The reviewer ticked it on the review form, the agent recorded it, or the review says so. Reviews that do not say are not counted here, so the real number is usually higher.
