The Trusted AgentDifficult to deal with
Struggled to make initial contact, over several days I only ever got through to the "answering service", no call was ever returned. When I finally made contact and got a viewing booked, it was cancelled when I was en route, out of pocket for the travel and having taken time off work. The excuse given was unacceptable. I will not be viewing any properties with this agent.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
Tell us what you need and we'll put you in touch. Jennie Platt hasn't joined The Trusted Agent yet, so we'll pass your enquiry to them or to up to three other top-rated agents near Manchester.

The reviewer ticked it on the review form, the agent recorded it, or the review says so. Reviews that do not say are not counted here, so the real number is usually higher.
