He made me feel at ease straight away, yet it was clear he knew his stuff! He took time to discuss my options and also the process behind the valuation and followed up the next day with a prompt valuation and reports to substantiate the estimate. Our experience with Hunters was poor. We were dealing with the team in Manchester City Centre (Deansgate). From the get go the experience with this agency was awful.The first agent we spoke to was rude and impolite, as first time renters in Manchester we needed that extra bit of support but this was far from what we received. After moving into our property the problems continued. We would email to no reply or to a reply coming in the 2 weeks after the initial email. This went on throughout out tenancy. The bit that tipped us over the edge was when we were preparing to move out. The flat was in great condition from us, just the normal no investment from the landlord. We had a problem with a window handle which we reported in June and still wasn't sorted when we moved out at the end of August. As this was something that I had called about many times I was 'shocked' to see that this was going to be taken from our deposit even though we were told it wouldn't be sorted until after we left. Once we were told that we would receive all our deposit back it then took them a month to send it back to us, giving us excuses every time on why it wasn't ready yet. They also promised to go into the flat for final inspection the following two days after we handed the keys back, they went in a week and a half later. This, of course, meant that the flat had *some* dust and added another week onto the time we were waiting for our deposit. All in all I wouldn't recommend anyone using this company unless you want to deal with rudeness, incompetence and like being ignored.

I would not recommend this agency if you want to sale your property.Didn't return my calls, after 2 days of trying someone did speak to me to advise the property was under off, when i saw the same property still being advertised I sent an email asking if the property was still under off, NO response, rude, or unprofessional.I would have given zero stars if I could.

Brilliant amazing journey with hunters trying to sell my property since 2019 was difficult due to covid then it was cash buy only property which was not easy to sale try 3 other estate agents which i was very disappointed with and were not able to go no where.happily recommend hunters FAZ JABJEET AND MIN. Were so helpful all through the process and answered all the questions i have. A big bundle of thanks to you guys from bottom of heart ♥️ honestly can’t thanks enough for all your support and effort. If i could give you guys 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️stars I would.

If i could give these f*cks Zero stars, I would. Absolute joke these lot are. Desperate for a house for over last 12 months.. Found these, Told us we had a house. Were top of list. Dragged us along for month and half saying everythings in order. Only to call us out the blue saying we didn't have it. Putting us down for other viewings for us to turn up and tell us were not booked in for viewings. Couldn't organise a p*ss up in a brewery.Good luck to anyone else risking it by using these.

I went to a viewing today at a flat on Chester Road in Castle Bromwich and was appalled how unprofessional it was conducted. I was offered the appointment yesterday for today at 11am. I explained I was on nights and would prefer a later viewing. I was told the landlord said 11:00 was the only time available. On arrival there were already a couple there and a couple leaving the viewing. Myself and the couple arrived and was rushed round the property. Not even reaching the stairs and another couple was also crammed into the viewings. Totally unprofessional, I wouldn’t take the property now purely because the company isn’t managed properly. Big fail.

I had a viewing booked for 5.10pm. Me and my partner arrived at 5:00 just to make sure we was there on time. We waited until about 5.30pm to finally accept that we had been forgotten about or completely disregarded. We didn’t even receive a phone call to say they couldn’t make it.To be honest I think it’s a very poor way to treat people when me and my partner have had to mess with our work schedule to make sure we could get there on time and be completely stood up. I deal with customers day in, day out as a career. I know how to treat people with respect and this is definitely not the way to do so. I guess it was just a blessing in disguise that nobody showed up for our viewing.

I'd be wary of using these, extremely unprofessional and it comes from how it's run. Sarah, the manager overvalued my property by 50k so I'd chose them, she wss very convincing and unfortunately wasted my time and effort. Absolute s*** show, they have lost me so much time, effort and money. Not to mention them slagging my house off to viewers and caught doing so on my ring door bell. The only one in there who showed any professionalism was Teddie. Unless you use him give them a very wide berth.They dont deserve 1 star

Very unprofessional. The Estate Agent came across as very leery. Which for a women on her own is very concerning. What they don't tell you is that if you withdraw the property for any reason they will charge you withdrawal fee! They should be upfront about this! Not sneaky! Unprofessional would avoid!

We used our local Hunters in Dursley. Katrina and Richard could have not been more helpful and supportive throughout the selling process. We had a lot of trouble with our solicitor but Katrina held our hand throughout and really put in a lot of work to help get our sale over the line. We are extremely grateful to her as she made a very stressful process so much more manageable. We would highly recommend Hunters, Dursley.

After a few days I asked whats the region offers, they said someone offered over the asking price. This was about 2 weeks ago, the house is still on sale, and someone I know is going to look at the house..This is the second time they lied in a month..

4 weeks ago we reported our oven broke down and until now we still haven't received a replacement. We can't make any plans for Christmas. We wanted to have a nice christmas dinner on Christmas Eve but that's like asking for the moon.

One star is too much for them. I came for a viewing on 08.07 at W4 3AA with Riff Hassain, the address which was confirmed twice: the day before and an hour before viewing. I was waiting for an hour with 6 more peoples and agency secretary replied like: will be there in 5 minutes, or she is inside of the property, she is in the car on the corner as we all called from time to time from different numbers.Nasty disgrace, I have spent time to travel and half of my Saturday on this. No-one even apologies on it, Shame to treat your clients like that

From start to finish with viewing, asking questions, getting information for Solicitors, and completion the team have been great. They’ve made me feel like no question was too silly, given me their time to view the property when needed and they have gone above and beyond in chasing information for me to enable a quick sale. Monica, Antonia and Melanie have been fantastic in helping me and very friendly and helpful. I can not fault my experience as a first time buyer.

I was suppose to buy an apartment listed by them. In the beginning everything seemed really good. Nice person showing the apartment, easy to schedule additional viewing. After accepting the offer hunters has completely changed their tone. I got constant phoncalls if I'm ready to sign up the contract even it was 2 months in the process they were pushing me to sign without full report from solicitor (who was waiting for lacking information from the vendor...), threatening the deal won't go through if I won't sign up immediately. Good I haven't despite obnoxious pressure, as the apartment listed with INCLUDED ASSIGNED parking space and advertised as such by person showing around was in fact with no right to any parking! For context: apartment was in the city center and there was no option to park outside. So... I was asked for multiple forms to prove my funds, identity etc endless list of information to check if I'm not a fraud from the start, but Hunters was not bothered to check if apartment has actually assigned parking space! (which in city centre- Manchester can cost even 10000....). They will do everything just to get their cut with no respect to buyer. Few months ago I bought apartment with another real estate agency. Smooth, civilised transaction. If you can stay away from Hunters literally anyone is better then them.

I am incredibly disappointed. The agency passes me a flat in awful condition, full of dust and cobwebs around the windows. Moreover, the paint is going out of the walls, leaving the dark wholes/spots, and it doesn't look very pleasant. The previous tenants left pudding or whatever it was under and around the fridge. I had lost my nails trying to scrape this stinking dust. I have to mention that the top of the fridge was also covered of 5 mm of dust with fat from a cooker, which made it even harder to clean. It took me three days to clean the flat to prepare it to bring my staff. I feel cheated and disrespected. I had texted the agency, and no one even tried to text me back. When I came to the agency, I didn't even hear an apology, but I was told that my expectations/standards are too high and the flat is in a suitable condition. Do I really have too high expectations, guys, or is it just the agency's too low standards?I just regret that I didn't start making the photos and videos at the beginning when it was much worst.

We contacted Hunters Agency to view a house in my local area. The agency was really slack with replying to E-Mails, which shows a red flag from the get-go. After filling in a questionnaire, we asked questions about the property which he didn't know the answers to. Another red flag. So I thought, well, we will view the property anyway and see how that goes. I said that we were only available in the afternoons. He didn't reply. So I emailed again asking if this was okay. It wasn't until the next day he replied with "Apologies for the delay in response, unfortunately the email didn’t send and was in my outbox." So I gave him the benefit of the doubt and was polite about it. He offered 10:15 in the morning, so my partner had to arrange time off work to do it as it didn't seem they would even negotiate a time that would suit us anyway. Another red flag. So we agreed. He then said you will receive a confirmation text with the time and address etc. Now, it's the day of the viewing with only a an hour left until the viewing and we still haven't received the confirmation text of the address or anything. From this awful display of customer service, we shall not be going. The proffesionalism is slack to say the very least.

I engaged with the Leigh branch based in greater Manchester They never return calls and were awful to deal with, I sold my property in the end with another local estate who were really good from start to finish.However I noticed only yesterday that my sold flat is now on the marketed as a rental with HuntersAlthough, they apparently feel it’s acceptable to market the property using my original photos as a luxury apartment rentalInvasion of my privacy GDPRNever asked if they could use my original marketing photos, This is now being passed to my solicitor as totally not acceptable
