It's fine, but they need to improve the app and the website to add better filters and please please please, add the option to hide a property once you've seen it and you don't like it. Another thing to improve will be when you tap a notification of a new property, open only the property, not the whole search. Completely fabricated information about our house. Zoopla have listed our house as being for sale when it wasn’t and for a completely fabricated value. Also listed it as being for sale with an estate agent that has never had it for sale. Don’t trust what you read on zoopla... they obviously don’t get their info from a reliable source and the results could be damaging to the value of your house or any prospective houses you buy.

(Not provided,even by its own site) and then requiring you to log in to see the actual value. I like the way that rental properties that allow pets can be selected and I don't understand why another major website say they cannot. I think that a further option could be to select rental properties that do not specifically exclude pets in their description. Considering there are a very large number of potential renters that have pets this could swing the balance for pet owners against property owners that are unnecessarily negative on the matter.

The market is no longer working this way. Estate agents post after they have viewings lined up, do not get back to you and ignore calls that come through Zoopla. I booked many many viewings and not one of them came through. I wasted a lot of valuable time, in sussing out how it worked and it caused me a lot of stress. Gives a false of sense of what is actually happening.

Recent developments have made Z rather less useful. An inability to change incorrect information means the site will gradually become less and less accurate. Examples are semi detached or terraced properties that are listed as detached. Agent pictures of a flat at 6 Park Way Court being loaded onto the page for a house at 6 Park Way. And the variation in values listed make a nonsense of what used to be a quite accurate guide.

I've had numerous problems with Zoopla.I'm using Firefox and for approx 6 months when clicking a Zoopla link it would open as nor normal and as soon as visible then it would dissappear.Couldn't find any way to report this, and spend a fair bit of time searching for the properties and then opening them in Rightmove or similar.No problems with any other site of this tyype other than Zoopla.
