Extremely disappointed with the service from Newmark Gerald Eve. I called over a week ago to enquire about a property they listed on Rightmove (the former ATS site in Walkden). I was told someone would get back to me on Monday 28/07/25 or Tuesday 29/07/25, nobody did.
I followed up by phone multiple times on both days, left voicemails, and even submitted an online enquiry via their website. Still no response.
I’ve now seen that the property is under offer. A simple callback or email would’ve been the bare minimum, just to let me know where I stood so I could move on and focus on other listings. Instead, I was left completely in the dark. Very poor communication and service.

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
