As buyers we didn't have much dealings with the estate agent. However when the sale was completed I emailed him 3 times to ask for the spare set of keys they had he ignored my e mails.

Put my property on the market at a figure £30000 below the sum agreed without my knowledge or consent. Completely unacceptable. Do not use this firm under any circumstances
