GoogleI cannot thank Lawrence and Irwan enough for the really exceptional service I received selling my house. The way they worked truly impressed me and was vastly better than with any other estate agents that I have used over the years.
Irwan who was showing the clients around, clearly got to know them well and had detailed discussions with them showing them around the house, pointing out the features that they might be interested in.
Lawrence was managing the sale overall and was brilliant in his negotiations, leading to a sale figure of £10k above the suggested offers over price. He then followed up the sale process every work until completion and would phone the buyers solicitor and mine weekly to determine what progress had been made before calling me to give me the update.

GoogleShahzad is the owner of this firm. He has all the traits of a professional fraudster. I lent him money to buy a certain property of my choice as I was based in EU at the time, He bought the property in his own name and sold it on with profit and wont return the money. Somehow he returned the money but kept £5000.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect furniture for my living room. The store was well-organized and tidy, making it easy to browse the wide range of products on offer.
I was impressed by the quality and affordability of the items, and the regular sales and promotions made it even more tempting to treat myself. The location was convenient, with plenty of public transport options nearby.

GoogleWhen I think about easy home the name should change to lazy home, before you start jumping up and down here my case out and be the judge of it.
I had been easy home for years, they were keen in taking my rent but did not do anything regarding the service my accommodation had no WiFi which I was paying. I had contacted everyday and it just kept dragging with emails/calls not answered. In the end I had to move out as this was not the service I had opted for.
As Christmas and other family issues I was desperate to get my deposit back as a result I had given 4 weeks notice and cleaned and left. I had spoken with Abdul who works in accounts. Explained the situation and he advised if I leave before 12th November the inspection and all will be done early and you should be getting your deposit by the end of November. I was told the inspection will be done in the 3rd week and it did not. Later I was told They found no issues and your money should be with you...... it didn't they kept extending it with unnecessary comments else and they are trying to get hold of them.
With a lot of peking and numerous calls I got the email from DPS my payment is on my way and still they never bothered to give me a call or update.
You might argue I got the deposit by December, but my only argument to you is, the service you are providing needs to improve.
-if you received a call from your customers you have to call them back.
-if your colleagues are busy at a meeting or something, you have to give them a call back or send an email.
-if a timeline is explained it has to work (organising)
- training should be given to your reception on how to deal with different situations and to stop being rude .
Hope you will take this review seriously and introduce improvement.

We are sorry that you feel this way. Despite having several conversations with yourself and various members of your family on this matter, we are still legally required to stand by the decision. As we have previously discussed, you had sent notice via email stating that you intended to ‘’end your tenancy by 12/5/19’’. On 12/02/2019, you returned the keys and left the property, three months earlier than the date in your email.
You did not provide us the required 4 weeks notice at the end of the tenancy.
We require this notice period so that we may arrange viewings for the landlord, in order to limit the time the property is empty, therefore avoiding any loss to our landlords. It is also a condition in the agency agreement and a requirement by law.
Once again, we are sorry that we were not able to return your deposit.

GooglePhoned to view a property that is listed for sale, the agent took my details and asked which day I'd like to view it, said he had to arrange it with the tenants and get back to me which he never did. I phone back on the day i should have been viewing the property and there is no apologies, i was told there are several other people waiting to view the same property and that they can't get hold of the person who owns it. This company seem to be very amateur and do not understand the basics of customer service!

GoogleThey are a let down to start with. The house was furnished on their advertising. When I decided to buy it and ask, they said it was a mistake and not furnished. I wanted a second viewing and waited over 3 weeks but they couldn't arrange one.
I had a viewing for another property and I was told to ring again on the same day ( ????) So I did ring again and was told someone will be there to show the house. I was waiting there for 30 minutes , but nobody went there. I didn't bother to ring them as I didn't want to here any excuse.
