GoogleI recently purchased a house from black stone estate agents in Groton, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The house price was fair and accurate, and the property itself feels like dream come true. The team at black stone estates was incredibly supportive and cooperative throughout the entire process. I highly recommend black Stone estates to anyone looking to buy or sell a property

GooglePoor service. Don’t answer call, or ring back after leaving voice mails. Did this for 4 consecutive days until I finally got through to them. Said they will send me an email with property info yet failed to do so, called them back once again for the cycle to repeat. Disappointing indeed
I’m sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with us. We always intend to provide great customer service and useful, transparent advice. Please accept our sincerest apologies for not meeting your expectations on this occasion.

GoogleAppalling service. DO NOT LET THEM RENT YOUR PROPERTY - YOU WILL NEVER BE PAID ON TIME. Our payments are constantly delayed - you're never able to speak to a professional person on the phone. We currently have not received the rent for October, November and December despite the tenants having paid Black Stone. AVOID!
