I would like to thank Bergins Estate Agents for an amazing service in selling my late mother's house. They were so professional. It was the best decision to go with this company. Michael & Uncle Mike were exceptional, always keeping us informed. It took 5 weeks from viewing to completion. I was dreading selling my childhood home but they did it so quick and made it painless. I decided to use Bergins to sell my house as Id used them before and had received an excellent service. I wasn't dissapointed this time either and once again had a wonderful experiance. From the very beggining Mike was prompt, professional and very informative. He was able to carry out all of the viewings and really went the extra mile with the logistics, always keeping me up to speed with important feedback. Mike has great people skills when interracting with customers. I also found interrraction between myself and the staff at the office (the other Mike!) to be fantastic. I wouldnt use anybody else in the area to sell a property and would highly reccommend Bergins. Thank you both Mikes for a brilliant service.

Unfortunately, my experience with Amanda was also very disappointing. Her approach to customer service was consistently below acceptable standards, and I found her to be unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. Based on this, I would not recommend dealing with her.

Highly recommended! Bergins Estate Agents looked after the sale of my property in the most efficient way possible. The process was quick and painless. Mike is very professional and responsive and handled every step of the sale brilliantly. I purchased and sold properties before and it’s never been so easy. He also recommended me a solicitor who contributed to expedite the sale and they were in touch all the time. I would definitely use Bergins Estate Agents again and would recommend them to anybody who is looking for a hassle free process.

I first started dealing with these guys back in 2005 when they were called ‘TLB HOMES’...back then they were incredibly efficient and solved any and all problems immediately. The company was then sold to a much much lesser company and the following years of my property management were an absolute disaster! Luckily Tony got the team back together and started again as Bergins. It was an absolute dream come true, since Bergins took over the management of my properties, there are no such things as problems, just solutions! My main contact at Bergins is a lady called Amanda...Amanda is categorically one of the most efficient people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Before Amanda has informed you about the problem, she’s already made a plan to solve the problem! As a property owner, I could not wish, or want anyone else to manage and look after my properties. Great work Amanda please keep it going! The whole team are excellent also, from Mike on property sales to Anna in accounts. If you need someone to manage your properties, you’d be a fool to look anywhere else in South Manchester.

Recently placed a property up for sale in the Stretford area with Bergins Estate Agents. Can’t fault them at all. Mike attended at the agreed time and was very positive about selling at the price I wanted. He kept his side of the bargain and sold the property within a few days. I found Mike to be very professional in his dealings with me and also kept me in the loop with all that was going on. There were a couple of issues which he quickly put right despite it not being his responsibility. The whole experience went very smoothly and after the initial mountain of solicitors paperwork, I just sat back and let this company conclude the deal. I would definitely recommend Mike and his team.

I have rented from Amanda and her team for over 3 years and can honestly say they have been great to deal with. They respond to maintenance issues promptly, are friendly and efficient and have made the whole experience positive. Unfortunately I have had to leave to relocate with work and I am only sorry that they do not cover the Yorkshire area. If I return to Manchester I shall certainly be back in touch!

Northernden office are never responsive. Also the manager is speaking rudely to clients. Amanda is never in the office at all office timings , She is always in hurry and busy in her own private work. I got a letter of them saying my landlord was selling just when I had a baby and was panaking to leave the property as they only gave me 4 weeks to find a place with 2 kids and a new born baby with colic and few months later I seen they put the property back up for rent NOT sale do not true them very bad estate they win even sort my kitchen out or mould and b4 they kicked me out I asked if I could do raised flagging in garden and made sure I was in long term tent they said yes spent all my money doing garden and carpets frew house then soon as I finished it all had to leave please do not trust or go with this estate agent

Horrendous experience with this agency regarding a property to let. STAY AWAY. The agent showing the property could not answer our questions and asked us to call the manager. Amanda (manager) at the agency was extremely rude and called my wife a liar after being informed that the rear door was broken and needed to be fixed. She refused to acknowledge that this was a problem. She was very rude when answering questions and did not give complete answers. Not sure how this agency operates if the manager behaves in this infantile manner. Not worth the stress or money.

Worst experience I've ever had with an Estate Agents

I had a house viewing booked in for half 1. I had arrived 5 minutes early, and proceeded to wait until quarter to before calling the offices to see what was going on.After 45 minutes of waiting outside in the cold, 3 phone calls with excuses, as well as thinking she was showing me a different house, I gave up and went home. I usually never leave reviews, but I have never been dealt with in such an unprofessional manner. If this is how house viewings are dealt with, I daren't think what it's like having them manage a property I was renting. I quickly cancelled any other viewings I had tried to arrange.

I recently used Bergins when acting as the executor for my father's estate. They were excellent. They responded really quickly when I first made enquiries with local agents , are very competitively priced and were really friendly and courteous to deal with. They know the local market really well and we had prospective purchasers viewing immediately . The house went on the market on 16th May and we completed with the proceeds in the estate account last Friday 16th August . Three months start to finish. Brilliant service and highly recommend.
