I can not thank Mark Willett enough for all the support the last few weeks since deciding to put my property into the auction via Auction House. A colleague at my office contacted Mark on my behalf initiating the first call to see what process I would need to follow to list it for sale. At such a challenging & uncertain time in the housing market, Mark was honest about the situation throughout and guided me through from the start to ensure the best possible outcome. He communicated with me regularly and gave every opportunity to get my property advertised in all areas including relevant contacts, social media & local papers for the best possible chance. It has been such a nerve racking time due to the change in the market and I accepted that the price would be lower than a private sale. However, it was 100% the right decision as it completely took the stress and pressure away knowing it was being looked after in such a professional way for me. Communication was definitely a key factor in making this experience so positive. Over the last year my experience of high street agents has been the opposite to what I have received through Auction House. With my property now sold I feel a weight has been lifted. A very professional Auction

I am so impressed with the professional service I received from East Anglia Auction team and especially their agent Mr Mark Willett. He agreed to show us the property even though he was extremely busy as it was a day before the auction. He took the time to explain everything to us and you could tell that he cared for what is best for both the buyer and the seller. Great experience working alongside this team. Mainly dealt with Ross and George and they couldn't have done more for me. Transparency, honesty and trustworthiness…

I have been working with Dan Lawrence at Auction House North Wales for some months now and his knowledge and service levels are second to none. Always available at the end of the phone, no matter the time. He is very honest, trustworthy and transparent and does what he says he is going to do which is a priceless quality to have in this industry. He has a vast wealth of knowledge within property and this clearly shows in his knowledge and understanding of the market. I am currently working direct with Dan on both sales and potential purchases and will continue to do so. Can’t recommend Dan and Auction House enough to work with if you are looking to sell a property or purchase.

Chris and the team made the whole process simple and effortless. It started with great advice on going down the auction route and a realistic assessment on the market valuation for our property.They handled all the viewings, screened all the time-wasters, and found us a buyer prior to auction in less than 6 weeks.The whole legal process was significantly simplified, and the short 38 day completion time was perfect for our situation…even when the banks were messing us and the buyer around which meant an unavoidable delay, Chris helped to keep the dialogue going and kept things on track and everyone calm..Great interaction and “local feel” from the whole team combined with “big company” market knowledge and expertise….Would definitely recommend.

Phenomenal Customer Service

I had an unusual property to sell and I didn't know much about auctions, so I messaged a few local places. From the initial contact I had, and before I'd made any decisions, Sam Harris at Auction House in Sheffield was the most customer-focussed person in terms of being informative, helpful and replying swiftly. From viewing the property and right through the marketing process, Sam and colleagues were excellent, explaining the processes and keeping me updated. I was very happy to trust their recommendations about a solicitor and EPC assessor because they had treated me well and instilled confidence in me from the start. A lot of other organisations could really learn from how Sam and Bethany interact and do business. I got a great price for the property and it's been the least stressful property transaction I've ever had (I've been buying and selling properties since 1992).

Sale of small building plot

We had a small building plot to sell. Oliver Prior (who is a Chartered Surveyor and also has a Masters degree) dealt with the sale of it for us. He gave us professional advice prior to the auction. The reserve price was not quite reached and he successfully negotiated on our behalf after the auction to secure a sale at the best possible price. Oliver worked very hard on our behalf and we would definitely recommend Auction House. We were initially unsure about going to auction as we were not familiar with it as a means of selling property. Our fears were completely allayed by Oliver and the team who were excellent throughout, they far exceeded our expectations.

Fantastic and friendly service!

After the disappointment and headache of my mother in laws house sale collapsing at the last hurdle, it was suggest that auction maybe the route and the recommendation to go with yourselves has paid us very kindly ! I can not fault the customer service, attention to detail and advice from Gary and the team. For someone who has never sold through auction it seemed a bit daunting but we had nothing to fear. The guidance and walking us through the process was second to none. Gary went above and beyond to facilitate our auction lot as we live nearly 3 hours away.
