Reflections on my inaugural auction.

I had never thought of auctioning 'Greenbraec' - our family home for over 60 years. Then I met Bryan! His ability to empathise with my situation of being 'last man standing' and feeling the responsibility of letting go of the property was reassuring. His knowledge and experience of the auction world was immediately apparent. Above all, it was obvious he cared. My logic being if he cares about me and the house , then that care will show through in the auction process. How right I was, seen when watching and listening to the auction on September 13th- so impressive!Indeed all the staff I came into contact with at Auction House, Norwich showed the same approach. To show I care too - I do hope Daniel, who bumped his head on a beam during the auction of Greenbraec, isn't still nursing a headache"!

The service we received from Auction House was superb from the first meeting through to the sale of our house. Sit back and watch your property sell.

Approaching retirement age, I decided to sell my properties in the north-east, as managing them was becoming more and more difficult for me.Not wanting to nurse possible purchasers through the sales process, and to be let down several weeks down the line, I was introduced to Auction House North East. I admit to being extremely apprehensive prior to meeting the team, however, one of the guys came out to my property to discuss the process and to put my mind at ease.Four weeks after the auction, I had cash in the bank and was amazed at the customer service.
