From my recent experience I can wholeheartedly recommend West Yorkshire Auction House who sold my mother’s property. They provided an excellent service, were highly professional and gave first-class support and guidance throughout the process. Communication skills were first rate, Dan in particular, who explained the auction process clearly. A very reliable team. Wendy

I could not have been more pleased with the professional yet friendly service I received from Auction House. There will always be problems with selling a house, and this house had more than it's fair share of problems and hiccups, but Auction House 'held my hand' throughout. Unbiased advice, unfailingly responding to calls and correspondence, personable staff - how many companies offer that these days?! I can't recommend Auction House SW too highly - thank you to you all.
