GoogleTried to purchase a property from this company for the asking price. However, Gina (owner/manager) informed me that they wanted £10k more than what the vendor was asking for.
Subsequently, we withdrew our offer, due to dirty old style estate agent tactics being used. For example Gina responses - we have had a higher offer than asking price and there is three people offering/bidding.
The house we wanted to buy stayed on the market a further two months and finally sold.
I would reluctantly sale or purchase from this agent, as you may loose buyers or get ripped off.

The offer you made was put forward to our vendors and was lower than what the vendors wanted, infact lower than the guide price. At the time you made this offer your property was unsold. In the meantime we received a much higher offer than the guide price from buyers that were not in a chain, you were informed of this and kept up to date. We aim to get the best possible price for all of our vendors from buyers in the best positions. GoogleHad a very unpleasant buying experience with ABC. The agent Gino called me every day, hassling me for updates despite telling him to contact my solicitors instead as they would have the latest news before I did. He uses very old fashion estate agent techniques. He kept pushing for an unrealistic completion date. But once completed and exchanged, the vendors were still staying at the property for another two weeks because they needed time to pack. Very unorganised and selfish. If buying through this agent, I would suggest to prepare yourself for the hassle they will create.

We have spent 18 months in a lease with the Accomodation Centre and cannot fault them, they have always been helpful and proactive in getting anything with the property fixed as well as very pleasant and reasonable to deal with. Dominic especially has been a wonderful estate agent to deal with, very professional and a person that really looks after his tenants! We are sad to stop renting with them but have now bought a house - if there is anyone who is looking to rent and unsure who to rent with, The Accomodation Centre will ensure you have a smooth, stress free and happy experience in any property you rent with them.
