Fox Town and Country Malvern reviews

Extremely pleased with the level of service that we, a small property development business, have received from Josephine and her team. We have worked with several agents over the years and have always found their services somewhat lacking. Fox Town & Country's attitude and approach to selling our houses has been incredibly refreshing and we feel strongly that we have finally found an estate agent who understands the uniqueness of what we are offering and is therefore able to sell that for us with great success in a really tough housing market. They have gone above and beyond with their advice and been involved in every stage of the process of our latest development. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling. They really care which is a rarity in the market these days.

Highly recommend this exemplary company. We have used Fox Town and Country’s services 4 times;-, 2 purchases and 2 sales. Josephine is knowledgeable, friendly, dedicated and helpful beyond measure. She and the team give their full attention and effort all the time. Their guidance through both types of transactions was ineffable. Their knowledge of the market is unsurpassed. Without reservation choosing Fox Town and Country Homes is an excellent decision.

After a collapsed sale and an onward property purchase hanging in the balance we moved to Fox’s and very glad we did. Service, support, advice and marketing was of a very high standard. A hugh thank you to Julia who took on the challenge to sell our house and therefore help us to hold onto our onward property and did so with positivity, professionalism and also the confidence our onwards vendor was looking for and we got there! Couldn’t ask for more. Wishing the Fox family continued success.

Very positive experience of Fox Town & Country Homes who go the extra mile in customer service. Their marketing advice and material was highly professional, as was their approach to account management. Special thanks to Julia! At all times communication was clear and prompt, and we felt well supported throughout the sales process. A special mention of their property valuation which was both realistic and accurate - a refreshing change! Highly recommended.

Wasted over a year with other agencies trying to sell our property until being introduced to Julia and her team of professionals.. immediately from their marketing viewings started and eventually through persistence found us a buyer! … would highly recommend the services of Fox Town & Country Homes… truly 5 star!!

We received exceptional service from Josephine Fox and her team. From the moment that Josephine entered our home, we knew she was the right person to sell our house. The photos and house description were perfect and after one open house, our house had 3 offers above the asking price and within 3 days we accepted an offer. Sadly, the offer fell through for personal reasons. Fox Town and Country Homes put our house back on the market, another open house day and within 24 hrs we accepted another offer for the same price. Josephine Fox did all the heavy lifting with negotiations and chasing the buyers solicitors and ensured that we experienced a stress free process. We would not hesitate to recommend Fox Town and Country Homes and would definitely use them again in the future.

What a super, super firm of estate agents led by the indomitable Josephine! A very welcoming friendly and professional company. They made our experience of selling a home a pleasant one. There aren’t many companies these days that make you feel like you are their most valued client. We totally recommend this firm. The team are professional courteous knowledgeable and extremely attentive which gave us confidence that the sale was in good hands Josephine, Julia and Gemma, in-fact, all the team, worked hard to get our house sold quickly, They gave honest opinions from the start and kept us informed every step of the way. We were very impressed and so give a “shout out” to Julia because of her conscientiousness, her outstanding efforts, from the initial valuation meeting, the subsequent viewings, all the way through to the sale and beyond.Which in this challenging property marketplace was aggravated by the recent budget, impacting on sales of homes as potential buyers became wary. Julia prevailed; working late and unsociable hours on various occasions, to get us a buyer across the line as she said she would. Nothing was too much trouble for them, 5 stars is not high enough, brilliant experience, well done!

Please turn down or re-angle the lights in your windows. Walking past at night is bordering on painful. It never used to be like this, and my retina aren't enjoying it at all. Edit: Thank you so much!

Very friendly, resourceful, people oriented and understanding, they helped selling my partner’s family home where others failed. Provided what they said that they would and more. Their communication skills are timed, accurate and fast. Reliable and effective. Passionate in what they are doing and devoted to their cause, Josephine and Primrose, both very professional but in the same time compassionate. Thank you Fox Town&Country Homes for everything!

I cannot rate Josephine (Director of Fox Town & Country) highly enough. She is the reason we now have our dream home in the gorgeous countryside. She has an instinct for matching home & owner and knows the market inside & out. In our situation, she went above & beyond to ensure our sale & purchase was achieved with a complex chain that collapsed twice. Her real strength is her interpersonal skills and genuine love of property whilst also being willing to put up a fight to get you the house you want! Highly highly recommended

Absolutely wonderful estate agents. They managed to get our house sold for more than the original asking price and in very difficult circumstances. They really did go far above and beyond what was necessary. If only all agents were as good …
