GoogleStrakers kept finding us potential buyers and organising viewings despite three sales falling through. They were persistent, empathetic and kept in touch. They have kept an eye on the place since it has been empty and honestly they couldn't have been more helpful. I really would recommend them. Quite honestly, they are the full package and their friendly staff are second to none.

GoogleThe team at Malmsbury were very good. Gave great advice on getting our property ready for the market, listened and understood our worries around covid, always provided feedback from viewings and during the offer and completion process kept in contact, supported with Q&A. During the viewing process we were a little worried about different people doing the viewings but each were very knowledgeable and everyone followed the covid guidelines. What more can you ask! Wasn’t overly pushy, very responsive to questions and queries - would happily recommend.

GoogleIt's hard for me to give Graham and team enough praise. We've worked with several Malmesbury agents - and Strakers are the most responsive firm in town, filled with ideas and solutions. Extremely honest, pro-active - all the things agents promise to be, then kind of fade after you've signed-up. It proves a proper estate agent is leagues ahead of cheaper online options. Absolutely recommended. Not all agents are the same. Thanks, Strakers.

GoogleStrakers (Malmesbury) team proved to be a very good choice for our move. Graham and Tim marketted our house enthusiastically, with professional photographs and lined up around 12 sets of viewers- all accompanied by a team member, immediately; positive, enthusiastic buyers were quickly found for us. Of particular note was the **excellent** care and support we recieved from Victoria Lawrence, in the 'Sales & Progressing' role. Many Estate Agents don't have this 'Progressing' part as a dedicated role and we were certainly glad of the professional support and reassurance offered by Vicki, as well as the hard work she put in for us to keep things moving and communications flowing between all parties. (We had a short chain of just three parties but even that required her support!) We definitely recommend Strakers. May 2022. Julia and Peter Styles.

They were very good at facilitating communication between the vendors and myself and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Strakers. The whole experience was a frustrating and unpleasant mess. First they failed to tell us that the property we were interested in had received an offer despite, our stated interest, leading the sellers to accept the only offer they had. When we attempted to view the property again a Strakers agent rudely told us that it was our fault they didn't contact us, and that the property was under offer. They then failed to tell us when that offer fell through, mere days later, and the property was back on the market - it was only through chance that we noticed the property was once again listed as available. They then tricked us into paying for services such as electrical inspection of the property, which are traditionally carried out by the sellers as part of the sale. While we made it clear that we needed to proceed quickly with the purchase they also took no further action for two entire months, only becoming active again when it suited the sellers to proceed, immediately before christmas, at which point Strakers agents called us as many as four times a week for weeks on end to harass us over contracts that they knew were being handled by our solicitors, and which we had no ability to accelerate. The Strakers agent was also grossly unprofessional and insulting during one of these calls, throwing an actual temper tantrum down the phone at us when we insisted on being able to inspect the property as part of the exchange process - which we were legally entitled to do. Never have I been so disgusted with a supposedly professional agency. I will never be using Strakers again.

GoogleWe recently completed on our house sale, which was marketed and managed by Strakers fantastically. Within days of the property being on the market, we received our first offer, which due to the current climate, sadly fell through within as many days, however; our contact at Strakers called us immediately upon receipt of the news and acted promptly to re-market the property that same day. Again, within a matter of days and weeks, they booked in several viewings and we received another offer, which we accepted. The Sales Progression Team were great and kept us informed throughout, even supporting our buyer with details of surveyors and electricians, as the buyer wished to conduct an electrical test on the property, for future rental purposes. Whilst both solicitors were conducting enquiries, our contacts at Strakers were always prompt at reaching out and checking in with ourselves to keep us informed of progress. We certainly believe and are confident that Strakers did their very best to facilitate a fast completion, however we understood that timelines were controlled by the solicitors. All Strakers team members acted with absolute professionalism, responded to all of our queries immediately, and acted on Covid guidances appropriately. We would not hesitate to recommend Strakers, and in fact already have.

GoogleThe whole team at Strakers proved they are worthy estate agents (who are few and far between), they were excellent at presenting our property to the market, selecting suitable purchasers and dealing with all parties involved in the process. They always had someone on hand to talk to even during busy periods and they work hard to secure the best price for their clients. I would certainly use again.
