My only criticism is that the legal package arrived quite late , not allowing much time for review and taking advice. The service on the day worked well and the follow up afterwards was very good.

TrustpilotDevizes - Lettings/Property Management
I moved my Devizes rentals to Strakers from another management company 13 months ago. I feel my properties are now better maintained and I have saved money. In addition, the Strakers team are excellent communicators which I appreciate as I live outside the UK.

TrustpilotExcellent staff
Excellent staff, very efficient service. Very reassuring agent to conduct phone auction. Only reason not 5* was that with 10 minutes to go until auction we had not heard from Strakers which was rather nerve-jangling. All's well that ends well though.
