GoogleFrom the initial contact to the completion of the sale of our house, the professionalism and friendliness of the whole team made the process of selling a lot less stressful than it could have been. Janice provided an accurate valuation and very useful suggestions. Keith dedicated almost two hours to taking photos of the highest quality and standards. Neil and Andrea answered all the questions we asked on the phone with great accuracy and kindness. A smooth sale thanks to this experienced team, which we recommend without any hesitation at all.

FacebookWe recently sold our house through Blount & Maslin, and would thoroughly recommend them. They are a small company, and so have that special personal touch. Each of the three members of staff who did viewings had been to see our house previously, and so had the knowledge to show potential buyers with confidence. Although I have said that we are never moving house again, if we had to we would not hesitate in using Blount & Maslin. Five out of five for effort and dedication. Thank you all.

GoogleI have recently had the pleasure of purchasing a property that Blount & Maslin advertised. From day 1 the guys there were friendly and helpful. As we went through the process we often contacted them for information and revisits, all of which we were greeted with calm and helpfulness. I will name Janice and Keith as the two members of the team that we engaged with the most and even after our purchase we are still in contact with them now; lovely lovely people!

GoogleWe sold with Blount and maslin and they were faultless, years of local knowledge and market experience which was evident when our 1 bed flat sold witin 2 weeks for near enough asking price! Keith and Neil are the 2 gentlemen we dealt with and they are more than a pleasure to deal with and made our experience amazing. Do not look anywhere else if you are looking to sell within malmesbury or the local area!

However, we have just completed a purchase with Blount & Maslin and the service provided by Carol who does the sales progression was brilliant. She was efficient, professional and proactive. She was also reassuring and friendly during my many panics due to 2 previous house purchases falling through!

GoogleAs a buyer, I found that the team at B&M were very straightforward and easy to deal with. They always responded quickly to requests for information and action, and were happy to go the extra mile. Since I am new to the area I needed some advice about local tradespeople and they made some excellent recommendations. If I ever need to sell my house I will definitely be using them.

GoogleA smooth and friendly service- highly recommended. Excellent local knowledge meant that when we needed help with reliable tradesmen they were able to support us immediately. It was a difficult time due to a family problem but the professionalism of every member of the team at Blount & Maslin made the sale easy and even enjoyable.
