GoogleWas due to see a property, due to traffic we were going to be late, tried ringing them and only got a messaging service. When we arrived at the property there was nobody there and they didn't even try to get in contact during said time we were meant to view, not even to see if we were on our way.
Wasted our time and the response we got was "sorry, well I had other clients to see so couldn't wait around"

Danielle, your viewing was at 4:30 and we waited until 5pm at the property. due to prior appointments, we could not wait any longer at the property. All agents were out on viewings on Friday afternoon so unfortunately your message was not picked up until this morning. Deirdre called you. we offered to book you in again to another appointment this week to which you declined.
Not sure how we wasted your time as we booked you in at a specific time and facilitated you by waiting a further 30 minutes. We wouild be happy to rebook you in if you contact the office
