I have rented through Keeleys for 2x different properties over the last 3 years.
I have always found the staff very friendly and polite, but still keep a professional approach.
Rented a flat initially, process explained thoroughly as I didn’t have a lot of experience in renting.
Left the flat for no other reason than wanted a house, more space and garden.
No issues moving properties, staff very helpful and accommodated the move to one of their houses.
You judge customer service, when things go wrong, when moving into the new house, two months later the shower stopped working. Called Keeleys and the very next day, a plumber was round installing a new shower, No messing around, I can’t grumble with the service at all.
When leaving the process is fully explained, and I received my deposit back in a timely manner.
All the paperwork is professional and easy to follow.
Would thoroughly recommend Keeleys to anyone that is thinking of renting one of their properties they manage, I would also recommend Keeleys to anyone thinking of renting their own property through this estate agent. Can’t fault Keeleys service in any way. If I ever find myself of needing to rent in Essex again in the future, Keeleys is the first place I would contact.

GoogleJust want to say that I dealt with Robert from Keely’s about a problem that I had in my flat underneath a flat that he was the agent for they had a leak upstairs which leaked into my kitchen and Rob was absolutely unbelievable helped me in every way possible to get this problem remedied. In contrast, the team at Keeleys has always been serious, professional, efficient and trustworthy; their assistance invaluable.

GoogleWe have let our flat through Keeleys for eight years and the service has been exemplary. Any problems reported by the tenant are dealt with quickly and efficiently. It is a big enough company to have the resources to deal with all issues, but you still get the feeling that you are getting a personal service. Their commission rates are very competitive and I would highly recommend them.
