I cannot thank Leslie and Robert at the Claybourne development enough. When we reserved our dream home in September and we were told completion could be in October we didn’t believe it but we were proven wrong and thanks to their tireless work in pushing our chain forward. They were so ‘on the ball’ they were able to find more information about the chain of properties beneath us and in doing so put our own estate agent to shame. On the day of completion thing we’re a bit fraught but Leslie was super effective in finding out the status of the completion and rather than us chasing her for the keys, she was calling us regularly to update us. The home demonstration the day before and the final briefing at the key handover meant we were able to move in and know where everything is and how it works. The house was sparkling clean and everything finished to an exceptional build standard. Crest will check in on us in two weeks and have even offered to repair any damages caused by removals. Thank you so much, we really can’t fault the exceptional customer service we recieved!

I can't thank Sally, Ryan and Jane and the rest of the team at Crest Nicholson enough for making the purchase of and moving into my new flat at Brightwell's Yard as painless as possible. All of the team I've dealt with were professional and helpful and responded to all of my queries promptly. Sally and Ryan were tremendous throughout the purchasing of the property and Jane has been a complete super-star when it has come to helping to resolve a few minor items now I've moved in. Finally the property itself is wonderful and is in a great location right in the middle of Farnham. Would absolutely recommend this development to anybody else looking for small & medium sized new build apartments in a great location with excellent access to the motorways and rail connections into London.

Excellent customer service - I had some viewings at Campbell Wharf ones yesterday. Both Suzie, the sales & Alan, the builder were very caring to my elderly aunt during the visit. Alan was waiting with my aunt patiently (safety regulations in construction sites) to make sure she's alright while she's taking a breath on the G/F. Suzie & I went to the higher floor. Excellent customer service always found at this branch in each visit I had there. Found high quality flats & could see into details as well - some flats are on the finishing stage. Well done, guys!

I am trying to move from the Midlands to Henley Gate Ipswich. Josh in Sales has been great to deal with so far, however they haven't got a suitable house until the next phase now. I find Josh friendly helpful & efficient. He has given me tips for selling mine & how best to deal with the estate agents. I like the way the estate looks. Also the part of town they are building on . Its a great location . The houses are nicely spaced out & the mix of styles keeps the estate interesting. They have reasonable sized gardens & are not too overlooked . Once my house is sold I won't hesitate to come back & see what I can buy.

Our experience living here has been extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. We are now 18 months into living in this property, and serious quality and safety issues in the home remain unresolved despite repeatedly reporting them and multiple failed attempts to fix them. This ongoing situation has caused us considerable stress and frustration, and it is clear that the issues have not been properly addressed.

From the first interaction with Chelsea we have been very happy with the service provided. Chelsea has been so helpful with all the questions we have asked and shown excellent patience with us.Having recently reserved a plot at this development site we had some concerns relating to landscaping around the property. Trustpilotwe got the keys when the house was not finished
Customer service is good in general.But they handedover the house when it was not finished just to check in the statistics and year that they handed over the houses when they were not tet ready.Garden was still being built, wardrobes and some carpet unfinished. So we had workers still entering the jouse therefore we couldn't move homes despite we have the keys. They are still building homes around us anf after 6 months we still have problems of lorries and tractors blocking us, our car had 2 times now puncture wheels due to screws and roads unfinished, it is impossible to sleep or have peace as it os very noisy due to the works outside, and i have night shifts sometimes. The house shakes because of works around.Yes they give us the house on time, 4 walls up and they think is ok to live in...
